The journal recently received news from the Content Selection Advisory Board that the Open Access Video Journal of Education and Pedagogy has now been accepted for inclusion in Scopus.
This outcome is based on the following assessments:
The journal focuses on scholarship across all forms of education and pedagogy, containing a strong video/visual component. The video/visual component must be integrated – either as a methodology, an innovation in terms of the way data were collected or utilised for pedagogical purposes, a philosophical contribution, or in terms of the results that are shown. Our ambition, with the aid of Scopus methodologies, is to bolster the impact, performance, rank and reputation of VJEP as the first-ever scholarly journal of its kind.
